Ritz Carlton's SPA!!

The Ritz Carlton's Spa is my favorite place to relax in BAHRAIN!
Its the perfect get away from all you're problems, stress, studies, work...etc

Let me tell you about this amazing experience..
You get to choose from a variety of treatment choices, my favorite is the aroma massage thearapy.

Your experience starts in the meditation room to get in the mood for youre massage, an amazing quiet dark room with soothing sounds and a healthy green tea..

After that you start with your massage in the most relaxing room you can imagine, lavishing oils, trained professionals,  complete pure relief of all stress by top trained staff!

Believe it or not the experience is not yet over! The real relaxing fun starts after the massage, you get to use the amazing facilities that the spa offers.

Specially for the ladies:
A pool made specially for you to relax filled with sea water and massaging beds inside the pool! The design of this pool is fascinating, beautiful see through ceiling which gives the view of the clear sky while lying down in the pool massage bed keeping in mind that the sea water in this pool is very beneficial for the skin!

Mixed section:

1- turkish bath: this bath is an experience by it self, you will get mesmarised by how its designed and how good it is for the health, skin and the relaxing mood youre looking for.
Four pools each pool has a different temperature and different fragranced beneficial oils.
You should enter each pool for ten minutes, the water temperature increases in each pool, after the third pool you get to choose between the Sauna or the steam room once youre ten minutes are over you have to jump in the last freezing pool and jump out! The feeling after this bath is so refreshing that will make you wanna do it all over again, keeping in mind that there isnt anything like it in any other spa in bahrain.

2- Indoors and outdoors pool with cold and hot jacuzzi.

3- Beach

Over all this experience is really remarkable, the best way to spend a whole day in total relaxation in one of the best 5 stars hotels in the kingdom for only 45BD if you still didnt try it, then youre surely missing out!
